Abby Beatrice Quick is an image-maker of the moving and the still based in the North-East of Scotland.
By the use of fine art, portraiture and documentary work, she moves between the realms of her personal practice and commissions to create poetic and sensitive portraits of a subject or environment.
She has worked with and told the stories of various charities and arts organisations such as Deveron Projects, Peacock Visual Arts, The Children’s Parliament and a-n The Artists Information Company.
In her personal practice she intimately explores themes of belonging, spatiotemporality and the space between worlds of the material and intangible.
