Lucid Thoughts Apparel is an independent, handmade clothing company run solely by Katy’s Studio, a recent Communication Design graduate. Her passion for making her designs physical pieces of work fuelled the re-launch of her business.

Lucid Thoughts Apparel is influenced by tattoo art and celebrates mistakes. All the clothing is printed by hand, meaning each piece is unique. Furthering this any print that has a slight mistake in it, isn’t thrown away like most clothing company’s – instead mistakes are celebrated, mistakes are meant to be made. Wanting to be more ethical in a fast fashion dominated world, launching Lucid Thoughts was a way of providing her customers with sustainable clothing with tattoo inspired illustration. Also due to the nature of celebrating mistakes, it allows for each piece of clothing is unique and different.
